1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Raided.live you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Raided.live is a player tracking notification service that monitors publicly available data from BattleMetrics. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time service. Alert timing depends on third-party API availability and may vary.
3. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. This includes permanent shutdown. In the event of permanent discontinuation we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance but are not obligated to do so.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
5. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Raided.live is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed alerts, service downtime, data loss, or account termination. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
7. Third Party Services
Our service relies on BattleMetrics data. We have no control over BattleMetrics availability, accuracy, or changes to their API. If BattleMetrics restricts or removes access to their data, we may be unable to provide the service and will not be liable for resulting disruptions.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Raided.live to harass, stalk, or harm other individuals. You are responsible for how you use the information provided by this service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination your data will be deleted and no refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
