1. Information We Collect

We collect your Google account email address and profile picture when you sign in. We store the BattleMetrics player IDs and nicknames you choose to track, your Discord webhook URL, your notification email address, and your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the service — sending notifications when tracked players come online. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.

3. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services to operate Raided.live:

• Supabase for database and authentication
• Stripe for payment processing
• Resend for email delivery
• BattleMetrics for player data
• Railway for hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Discord Webhooks

Your Discord webhook URL is stored securely in our database. It is only used to send you notifications you have requested. We do not access your Discord server beyond sending these notifications.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account all associated data is permanently deleted within 24 hours.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time from the account page. This permanently removes all your data. You may also contact us to request a copy of your data.
