Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable.
When you subscribe to Raided.live Standard you are paying for access to the service during that billing period. If you cancel your subscription you will retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Partial months of service
- Periods where you did not use the service
- Service disruptions caused by third party providers including BattleMetrics
- Account terminations due to terms of service violations
We will consider refunds on a case by case basis for:
- Duplicate charges
- Charges after confirmed cancellation
- Extended outages directly caused by our infrastructure lasting more than 72 hours

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.
